As a diverse company with diverse business needs, traineeship and intern opportunities vary between divisions and countries.
For instance, under the Asia Pacific Division’s two-year intern program graduates complete a variety of projects, normally three months at a time, in various areas of the business to gain exposure and experience in a broad cross-section of roles.
In a further example, EMEA’s 18-month program gives graduates an opportunity to spend three months overseas at another EMEA location. Around 10 graduates per year from all over Europe are selected for the program that also includes presentations from senior EMEA management and skills development for your future career.
And in the Shared Technology business area graduates spend 12 months working with experts from ASSA ABLOY and consultancy company HiQ on a joint in-depth theoretical and practical software development program creating leading edge products.
